2012 Winter 4hr Event
Mid-Winter 4 hour event, Sandhills, Bungendore - 15th July 2012
The 2012 winter 4 hour rogaine was held in chilly conditions which did nothing to cool the enthusiasm of a great turnout with many families. Winners were Seb Dunne and Dave Meyer who visited all the controls with nearly half an hour to spare! Julie Quinn, Gill Fowler and David Baldwin also got a full house. Claire Edwards and Catherine Horan won the women's category.
Thanks to all the helpers who made the event happen - setter Colleen Mock, vetter Glenn Bridgart, administration by Colin Mock, coordinator Susie Sprague and helpers Jack Palmer, David Moore (first aid), Ann Pacey and Parissa Poulis. Thanks also to Hartley Lifecare for catering and to landholders for permission to use the area.
